Account Deletion Policy

This policy applies to the 45botique app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by 45botique (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

1. Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can request account deletion by contacting us at 45.botique@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion within 30 days. Please note that deleting your account is irreversible, and all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

2. What Happens After Account Deletion?

  • All personal information, including your profile, preferences, and history, will be permanently removed from our servers.
  • You will lose access to all services associated with the account.
  • Any remaining subscriptions or paid services will be terminated, and you will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Your data may remain in backup systems for up to 30 days after deletion but will not be accessible or used for any purpose.

3. Data Retention and Backup

Some of your data may remain in our backup systems for up to 30 days after your account has been deleted. However, this data will not be used or accessible for any purposes and will be permanently erased after the backup retention period.

4. Third-Party Services

Please be aware that deleting your account on our Application does not automatically delete your information from third-party services that are integrated with our Application. You will need to contact these third-party services directly to request the deletion of your data.
